What is my end date of employment for resume purposes?

I have been off of work with brain cancer. My employment has not been terminated and I have not quit. It is a long commute(over an hour on way) and I don't think I can do it any longer. I am working on my resume and wonder can I still list them as my current employer.

If you are still on the books, even if you're on leave, you can list them as your current employer.

Good luck - sounds like you have a lot to deal with right now.

Yes, they are still your employer and your status (on LOA) is protected by HIPAA, so they will not disclose this.
