Has anyone worked for FEDEX and know their hiring policies on hiring someone with an old DUI? I have a clean driving record since.

Probably not as a driver. They will probably hire a driver with a clean record before you. Remember they have to insure the individual driving the truck, and you would be viewed as a liability.

You might try for a job in the warehouse.

Possibly but probably not. UPS and FEDEX are pretty sought after jobs so if you and someone else have all the exact same qualifications and the other applicant doesn't have a DUI they are going to get hired. Mistakes can often screw you over for a long time but there's not much you can do about it.

Depends on their insurance regulations. People mature and change over 10 years so I would hope that they wouldnt hold this against you. However, these are well paying and sought after jobs so they can choose the cream of the crop.
