Keep looking. You have a long way to go learning that when you are making an offers without leaving any contacts you are not very trustworthy. Wouldn't you by any chance also offer some good real estate deals in Florida everglades?

You just found one. Too bad we have no means of communication. I am very into nutrition and I'm sure I could sell whatever it is you're offering, if I believe in it. As for working from home, that's what I'm dreaming of. I have a fully-equipped home office, just can't hook up with the right people. I'm very honest - there are 3 things I never do: lie, cheat, and steal. Wish I knew who you are.

Pay a very high salary to the person and offer excellent benefits, medical, etc. I know the person will work from home, but, all the more reason you must offer a lucrative, vacation, medical, package to the employee.
