It really depends on the languages you know. Of course, being an interpreter. Colleges usually employ translators.

Depends on what other skills you have and the languages you know. I know in my area, several jobs require you to speak spanish because of the needs of the position.
But it doesn't matter if you can speak 3 languages and not use a computer. There are positions for translators, both in person and on paper. But look for a job that utilizes other skills you have and the additional languages you know will just be a bonus.

In the civilian world- knowing multiple languages is good in the business world and in tourism. You might for example be able to be a flight attendent for some air line that flies between the US and Europe and have a pin that shows you speak Russian, French and Spanish. (I'd also recommend taking Italian Portuguese and Romanian). The military also has need of linguists they prefer to train them in the languages as needed- so if you enlist they will probably put you in school for Arabic, Farsi or Chinese. If you have an MBA and the languages- you'll be the dude the corporations send when they need a big international deal.
