I read this article: http://society.guardian.co.uk/health/news/0,,2055053,00.html

I have wanted to be a doctor for a very long time, but I'm scared I might make a wrong decision.

I've vonlunteered in the hospital for almost 2 yrs., so I'm pretty sure I like the career.

However, after I read the article, I'm afraid what will lie ahead of me..what if I hate my career?

What should I do?

I assisted a different department once filling in some data on HRIS. It was not under my regular duties but since that department was overwelmed, i offered to help. I only had to input some paperdata into a specifuc section of HRIS. Is it wrong to mention in my resume the following statement?

Strong technical skills including MS word, excel, powerpoint ,HRIS ,Dreamweaver, Lotus Notes, Outlook.

I will have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts degree with emphasis' in the following areas: Rhetoric, History, Legal Studies, & Criminal Justice. What kinds of jobs would I qualify for? Do any of you have really good paying jobs with a BALA degree? Do employers look at this degree as you were unable to make up your mind? I'm really worried and if I need to change my degree I want to do so before I graduate since I've worked so hard for it, I don't want to not be able to find a good job that I enjoy.

I am getting ready to apply for a job but seem to have jobs on my resume that have nothing to do with the one I am applying for. What is a good solution for this? I do not want to give the employer the wrong message.

Thanks.

I work for a caterer every once in a while ( like once every 2 months). I'm not sure how to word this on my resume. Under the name of the caterer what should I say? and since I both cook, do dishes and help serve the meals what would the title be, Waitress or something like that?

I gave him notice today that in July I would like to take 2 weeks straight. He said no. Can an employer give you time, but refuse to let you take it? I have been employeed here for 8 years.... go well and above the call of my job description and really am shocked by this. I have had 1 sick day in 8 years. I am a valued employee and just do not understand this.... any advise ????? thank you!!!!

Dear friends kindly help me to take a decision since I m very confused. One of my very old colleque hes after me for the last two weeks.

He wants me to start Multi Level Marketing business. He got me registered at www.tnportal.com after paying 10$ and now he wants me to do shopping there so that he will be paid 50$ as commision and in the same way when I introduce somebody and convice him to do shopping at the same website I will be paid 50$ commision and so on.

The only thing I have to do is to spare 1-2 hours everyday to attend the presentations and to learn how to do the marketing ?

Kindly let me know is it OK ?
I would appreciate if somebody has already gone through this Multi Level Marketing and wants to share his experience with me.
Thanking you in advance.
