i got working papers for a job over last summer, worked at my job for three months, quit, and i've just been hired somewhere today. i have the working papers that my old job sent back to me in the mail. can i just reuse these or do i have to get totally new ones? if it helps, i live in new jersey.

working papers because i'm a minor...??? they've been signed by the tsc (?) officer at my previous job. they're papers i need signed by my physician, school principal, and employer.

What kind of "working papers" are you talking about?

If you're an H-1B visa holder they're only valid for the sponsoring employer and if you are no longer employed by that employer you are now illegally in the country.

If you under age and it's a work permit you'll have to start from scratch. The employer should not have even hired you without the permit.

If it's some other situation, please explain in detail what you're talking about and maybe someone can provide additional guidance.
