How do I word this on my Resume?

I work for a caterer every once in a while ( like once every 2 months). I'm not sure how to word this on my resume. Under the name of the caterer what should I say? and since I both cook, do dishes and help serve the meals what would the title be, Waitress or something like that?

I am in HR and I would suggest that you include this as:

Acme Caterers. Perform server, cook and dishwahser duties on an occasional, as needed basis."

Conduct a search online for catering and/or cooking resumes. Take the best descriptions from the resumes and paraphrase to your specific needs.
