how can i get a job in red cross being a doctor ?

i am a doctor( mbbs) having experience in dealing with all types of emergencies and mass disaters.

Call your local Red Cross chapter and ask to speak to their Human Resource Manager or someone in charge of personnel.
Also, update your resume and create a certification page and a skills page so that they can see you are serious bout this.
