What were your biggest challenges?

Being able to sleep again no worry other than my lifestyle, i do a lot better at saving money and find a lot more time for my family, other than that i cant think of anything other than not being in the stinking rat race anymore, thank Goodness.

I've never actually done this, so my answer is pure speculation. I think the biggest challenge would be getting used to working with significant constraints. As an executive, I'm guessing you made most of the decisions; you were "the man". Now, you'll be working for "the man", who will make many, if not all, of your decisions for you.

Same goes for what tools you use to do your job, what hours you work, what resources you're allocated, who you have to work with, etc.

In a nutshell, you'll have a lot less freedom---much of your job's structure will already have been defined for you. And if you don't like any part of that definition, you'll probably won't be able to change it (easily).
