I live in Virginia, and I will be a senior this fall at my school. Anyway it is around that time to start considering what you are going to do for the rest of your life. I want to be a pharmacist. However, I am not exactly sure how to go about doing that. I have already planned to go to my community college. They have a Pharmacy program, but one is a certificate, and the other is a Associates. I guess I would go for the Associates. But after that I do not know what to do. Could someone please shed some light on my confusion, and help me out?

So as a speech therapist is the job really clinical? I dont like hospitals and such. Saliva and blood make me a little nervous. Do SLP's deal with this sort of thing?

Received email from this company and went to the website.
It seems okay, the company does bank transfers and money wires. With identity theft, email transfer frauds, does anyone know or worked for this company. I am BC Canada.

I work in a High Street store and was due to work a late shift however this was changed at the last minute (one day before) to an early which is unsuitable for me as I have a prior engagement which I cannot change. Were do I stand? I have been told I will be disciplined for failing to show up but the hours do not suit and have been given to me at extremely short notice.

Hello and thank you for stopping by. Here is my question.
I am an immigrant, right after I finished high school (in Israel) I came to America with my mother and my sister. Since life here is so expensive(we had to come to San Francisco) I spent my first year working 24/7 trying to make the rent. After that I joined Marine Corps to earn my right to be part of this country. I was in Infantry, and made my way to rank of SGT. Also while I was in I attended a school online( Park University) and got 2 years of education completed. In September 2006 I got out to face the real world, where my experience or educations don't mean much. Now I found out that it is hard to find a job with online degree, I also find out that most of my credits won't transfer to state schools (even thought the school was regionally accredited). And I am 25 years old now, feeling that I ruined my life.

I live in a small city but its 15 miles or about 20 minutes with traffic to 3 other major cities. The last person I spoke to, thought it was a big deal to live this distance and want to work there. This is California not Mars. Any real suggestions. I cant move for 6 months and dont feel its necessary to do so. I have a car and public transportation.

What talents/skills do you have that would be useful in the classroom?

I know it sounds easy, but earlier in the app I said I was responsible, patient and dedicated. So i need new ideas with details. Thanks so much!

My boss is creating a lot of internal and external problems for other people in the workplace. It is so bad that GREAT-HARD workers are quitting left and right. I have not receive a share of this treatment yet, but I will soon enough the way the pattern is going.
I have always been told to things about Human Resources: 1. If you file a report about your boss, you are next to get fired. 2. Human Resources can't help what they don't know, so I have to come out with it, then sit in a long battle at a table facing my boss.
Right now this is not my problem.... should I wait until it is and how should I approach this matter?

I usually submit a resume coverletter, even when one is not requested. But for this position I'm applying for I have not idea how to word the coverletter, and one wasn't even requested. I'm tempted to just fax my resume along with a fax coversheet.

I want to be a lawyer, very very badly. Criminal defense to be exact. However, some bad decisions has left me with a bad GPA and I only have 2 years to pull it up, but it is mathematically impossible to get it higher than a 3.0. I head law schools are hard to get into, so what could I do? Also, I'm only 17, but is there any job I can take now that would introduce me to the field of law?

I apply to mostly engineering jobs(and am mostly interviewed by male employers). So, the question goes to you. So, you meet a very a confident young, attractive guy, who is talented, knows what he is talking about, can get the job done, have an impressive resume. But it worries you that he may have more than one option. So, now, what is the best thing that can make u feel secure? ie, make u feel that you can secure the employee, by some action.
Obviously, if the prospective employee makes u feel that he has the final say in the job process, that is to say, he will choose who he likes, you dont want that. However, he gets u the message that you can some control over the process, but by basically letting u make a good offer or just going with an easy to deal with boss, even if the offer isnt good.
It is very clear that for u to take the next step, u have to feel that you, as an employer, can put some fight and secure the best employee, what is it? Real world experience appreciated!

I have a BBA acct and finance and one on operatios management. By next year I'll have an MBA on both.
By then I'll have 3 years experience managing a concrete plant in one of the biggest producers in the U.S. .
How hard will it be for me to find a job?
What is the average starting salary for a person with a MBA?
