Gas stations, restaurants/coffee shops, perhaps a radio station. Check with inbound call centers many take calls 24 hours a day -- an example would be police dispatch or a customer service center.

Apply at UPS, DHL, and FedEx as a package sorter. They do most of their daily work during the night and early morning hours. The actual delivering of the packages is just a very small piece of what actually happens.
