Hello my dears..

Excuse me, could you plz tell me or send me a formal letter asking my director of department in work to to move my position to other unit coz that other one is more suitable to my high qualifications in field of (I.T), so i mean this letter can persuade her with what i want ..

Don't send a letter. You need to gather your thoughts and talk to the director in person. It would be better to approach with the personal touch rather than a letter. It would also be better to approach with questions like, "I have been interested in switching departments, should the opportunity become available. Do I have the qualifications for that department?". Or, "Do you know what the qualifications are for that department?"

It most likely depends on if there are any positions available. Do they post job openings in-house before advertising to the public? Make sure you use proper grammar when you write the letter, and don't use slang terms, or "text language", like "Cuz". You would be better off talking to them in person. Letters and emails are too impersonal.
