there is an ex-offenders group that helps.
i can't remember what it's called but i remember donating.
check with the first unitarian church (13th & dewey
232-9224) because they had it as a "change-for-change"
recipient with the social justice group.
you don't say what your specialty is, and there are lots of professions that have very little opportunity here because of the businesses we have. you also don't say where in oklahoma.
also some places that hire felons.

Contact your local United Way Agencies for job placement and referral assistance. They should have a list of resources that can help.

dont know if you can move or not .if possible,look up seafood processors in alaska.they would pay your way to alaska from,seattle .you get free room and board,and as many hours a day as you can handle,make it through the season,usually 4-6 months,they pay your flight home.you go home with 6-15 thousand dollars.keep your nose clean,good luck!

Hey! I live here in OK too. I know that you can go talk to your (if you have one) parole/probation officer. You can also try express or westaff. You know, those temp places. You don't say where you live here, so I will assume possibly Tulsa, which is by me. you can go to Bama Pies. They hire quite a bit.
