The 'pay grade' remark exchange right into a tiny aside in an prolonged and thorough answer. Abortion is a complicated concern with many variables. Any federal mandate will bring about brutal circumstances. for this reason Obama is going into element while expressing his careful and to blame view. McCain basically says all abortions are unlawful. which ability rape, incest, scientific horrors, in spite of. Abortion should not be used as beginning administration, and Obama will do greater to avert and handle undesirable being pregnant with education and adoption. McCain has an accompanied black toddler, yet he voted against those outreach classes because of the fact he's a typical corrupt Senator and massive well-being did no longer elect to lose sales. So assume fewer abortions under Obama, and under McCain? A ideal courtroom that brings lower back the days of the coathanger.

I think they want to know what you can do to possibly contribute to classroom activities. Can you draw? Are you good making things out of very few supplies? Maybe you are good at reading stories with a very animated voice so kids stay tuned-in or you can teach basic number skills so kids understand them. Stuff like that. Being responsible and dedicated are completely different and, I'm sure, not what they mean here.

I'm sure people will probably tell you write stuff like "maturity", or "innovativeness"... but I assume that as we are talking about a daycare center, I suppose the thing they would be most interested in is someone who has the ability to "work the details while keeping in mind the big picture". You could be one of those people who would be able to pass on an education without negating the "need for individual attention" of children of that age.

Maybe you can say i like to do crafts and that can apply to talents. Or you know some children's songs and can possibly teach the children new songs. Or maybe know some children's games that could benefit the children. If you like to color that's a talent . Think like a child that should make it a Lil easier... Good Luck!

I think more specific skills would be a good answer, like can plan lessons, create craft projects, lead children discussions, teach colors/shapes, teach basic math skills, teach letters or reading skills, teach basic science skills...

Maybe you could say something like you're creative, a good listener, good at arts and crafts (if you are!), or organized.
Those are just a few I came up with. Maybe that will give you some ideas for some others.
