What do Divorce attorneys make high end ones? What is the work load like? Especially for divorce attorneys targeted middle to rich clients not the white trash types.

He's qualified electrically, but doesn't want to go back on the tools. He now manages a Social Housing Contract for a international engineering company, but the stress and workload is getting to him. He's working nearly 12 hour days and gets pittance.

He wants something less stressful and something that he can switch off to when he comes home. He was looking at being a postman last week but it's not enough money.

Any sensible ideas?

Hi,

I applied for two nice jobs and yesterday one organisation called me and asked me to attend one last meeting to discuss the contract with them.

The second job contacted me and gave me some positive signs, but nothing firm so far.

I prefer the second one for sure, but I have the meeting tomorrow to negotiate the terms of the contract.

Could you please advice me about what to do....

- Should I tell them about the first job or not?
- How to postpone the decision till I know from the first one?
- What is the best way to negotiate and get good terms?

Thank you very much and please be quick it's gonna be tomorrowwwww...

Do you like your job? Or are you like be at a crossroads not knowing what to do next? What do you do for a living and is it fulfilling?? Or did you dream of being something else. I am 32 and a flight attendant, and I am sick of it..I still want to do it for the health benefits, flight benefits, etc...but I want to have a second job, go back to school, or do something challenging... (without too much work, I get migraine headaches they can zomp me out sometimes)...I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A FASHION DESIGNER but I am old, I am 32..would it be wise to go back to school to be a fashion designer this late in the game? I want to LOVE to go to work...

anyone answering this LOVE your job because you are so empassioned by it?

I have no GCSE's and I am 33 years old and I have been told on numerous occasions at my children's schools when I have helped out ther that teaching would be ideal for me!
Is there a course I can start without official GCSE's or do I have to re-take them?
I'm thinking primary key stage 1.
Thanks
Paula

I would appreciate any suggestions on ways to find a SAS programming job, probably manangerial, in the San Francisco, or San Jose area. I am also interested in what Avalon Apartment complexes are good ones to live in near San Francisco, or San Jose. Any information I can get would be really appreciated.

Because I'm in a small company, about 15 employees, HR procedures are not readily available. Decisions about pay are made up randomly, so if I take a day off I don't know if I'm getting paid until payday. Is this legal?

I worked for a company about 5 years ago.. well I got fired due to poor attendance, and was considered "inelgibile" for re-hire... I tried to apply about 3 years ago and had an interview but she said maybe later on. Well it's been 2 years, I am almost done with college and wanted to go back and work there, to try to get into management.

So my question.. if I was fired, STILL inelgible for rehire a few years ago.. would I still have a shot? Or just forget about it?
