I would like to move to San Francisco, and need help to find a SAS programming job there, possibly mangerial.?

I would appreciate any suggestions on ways to find a SAS programming job, probably manangerial, in the San Francisco, or San Jose area. I am also interested in what Avalon Apartment complexes are good ones to live in near San Francisco, or San Jose. Any information I can get would be really appreciated.
