Best sources for those types of competitive pay questions are the big job boards (Monster, HotJobs, etc.)
Also, you can reach out to employment agencies - like Kelly services since they focus in AA - and ask (as if you were looking)
And, it can vary if you have any special skills or if you change companies a lot - these things can affect you pay rate.

Since there are so many variables in determining that, I suggest going to Salary.com and aswering some basic questions. This will give you an idea on what you should be making.
I've used it several times, and it is usually pretty accurate.
