Please name some books with author that are personality job related. I really don't know what job is right for me or what I should go into. Personality job related books that have personality job quizzes or information such as: are you a hands-on worker, or are you creative? Do you like working with kids or not? I'm 17 graduated already with ged, wanting to go to college somewhere, for aeronautical science for bs. ASU or NAU, wanting to live in flagstaff, BUT i can't afford it, I just got a good job at a helicopter maintnance facility im in the shipping and receiving.

I plan on getting a 4 year degree, and take test basic combat training etc so I can be a warrant officer in the army.

ASAP im wanting to go to flight training.SO, first off is there basic housing anymore? or just live where ever you want with allowances?

I cannot afford to move out rightnow but I want to, family lives east in the east valley az. I either wanna go to asu or nau both are far away. I work at Falcon Field ex-Afb What should I do? I have a car, wanting a new one though the new vw rabbit, then I have to worry about payments, but I NEED TO GET OUT OF MY 89 ESCORT GT! What should I do?

Last Saturday I got a call from a customer asking why the store wasn't open.I turned on the web cam and it was dark.Turns out the employee that was supossed to open was busted for posession of almost 2 ounces of marajuana.He didnt tell the truth to me,said he was arrested for a warrant for running a red light.I called the jail while he was still there and this is what the police told me.He refused to admit the truth even though the paperwork says what he was arrested for,he said they were lying [yes he really said that] Anyway,I fired him and told him it was because he couldn't open the store because he got busted for dope,end of discussion.I feel I did the right thing because I can no longer trust him or depend on him,what do you think?

I work for a national company and i have never received a job description, the compnay in question is giving me more work and greater responsibilies and not increasing my benefits as they are hiding behind a clause in the contract

"duties include any other duties deemed nesseccary"

Does an employer have to provide specific guidelines and responsibilities for an employee, because at the moment the company has a free licence to change my work and conditions as and when it feels like.

I've been working with my company now for about a year and, I want to look for another job. I'm afraid though just because this is my first real job since I've finished college in my field (accounting) and since I've been here, I feel as though the benefits are good and the money pays the bills. I have great leeway on my job meaning no one is down my throat. Basically I call the shots by making my own hours and not clocking out for lunch and things like that. So I'm scared to leave and go to another company with better pay and better benefits just because the supervisors may be like hawks and things may not be as nice? What should I do?

One minute you're being told you're not really wanted and being made redundant, then because two staff members have walked out on them, they are being all nice and begging you to stay. And bear in mind this is a very disorganised company which doesn't know how to treat people properly, so I was hoping to be out of there tomorrow as that's when my contract ends, but now it changes things as I can't claim JSA straight away as they are no longer making me redundant, plus I have no other job to go to yet as much as I've been applying over the last few weeks. What would you do in my situation?

there is this co worker-he is 25 and i am 19 and he is engaged, but he flirts with me a lot,he always wants to know how old i am after i have told him, i came with a ripp sweater to work one day and he said"you wanna show off your nice tan, after that he called me a f***er- he tends to joke like that, but i 'm sure if he was joking and every time we are sitting in a table for break, out of all the girls in the table,
