i have been looking all over the internet for this but no help so please someone help me

Work values basically mean work ethic. In other words, the things that make for a good and productive employee. For example, professionalism, honesty, and motivation.

In reference to an interview, it may be a team player, mentor, good communicator, quick study, etc.
