You need to be more clear. Are they doing their job wrong? Are they doing something in general wrong?
If it was their job I would mention it to them because mistakes made come back to haunt everyone. & I don't believe in covering up a mistake or pretending it didn't happen, but rather in correcting it and moving on. How else is someone supposed to learn & excel if no one takes the time to be honest & try to help them.
We are such a society of "it's not my problem" it's no wonder our economy is going down the tubes & we are losing jobs everyday, not to mention the other problems that plague our society from this lack of caring.

I think it depends on what they are doing. If it somethign that may get me into trouble in anyway, I would say something. I guess Iwould have to know if that person knows that I know they are up to something and what are the reprecussions correcting that behavior or not correcting it. Maybe you should make a list of pros and cons and weigh it out?

It depends. Is it something such as a work skill or a disciplinary problem? Is it your place to correct it? If not, let your supervisor deal with it. You might want to mind your own business and keep YOUR job!

We just learned in MGT 498c that as long as this person is in a comfortable state of mind while doing what they are doing, they will keep doing it. Get him upset about it somehow or uncomfortable about it and tell him what he should do instead.

I would mind my own business if what he was doing was harmless to others
I would let him know your feelings if it is harmful to others (no I don't mean morally) and get a promise of ceasation or narc him out
