I work for a tile company that keeps sending my coworkers and I out to do jobs that we have no paperwork or directions for. Every morning we have to scramble just to find out where the job site is located. Then we have the privilidge of trying to figure out what material they want installed and where. We don't know what the job pays untill sometimes a week and a half later. They constantly short us on our checks and if we complain about any of this, they take us off the schedule. I for one am tired of working for these communists but before I leave I would like to try and help some of my fellow employees. I'm no law expert but I'm sure what they are doing is illegal. I'm assuming the labor board would be the best place to contact, right? I will appreciate any advise. TY

Well, i have checked on here for similar questions and i would like to pose this question again. My almost-15-year-old step daughter is bored stiff at home and would like a job. She will be 15 by summer. She has done babysitting and i understand that is an option, but i am hoping someone out there has a new, interesting and wonderful idea for her. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help! Best wishes!

I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids and do inhome childcare for a 3.5 year old. I homepreschool the kids, that means we do crafts, activities, playdates, field trips. Instead of us paying for preschool, i actually make $500 a month doing inhome daycare. I make dinner 7days a week, I do everything. All he does is work outside home. He never has vacummed, washed dishes or did laundry for the past 4 years. He actually has never cleaned a toilet. I am getting overwhelmed. This morning, I did not make him coffee, iron his shirt or make him lunch. He threw his wallet at me and and said to go get a job then. The least I could do is iron his shirts. My question is, is this normal? Should I be grateful I don;t have to work outside the home? He has brainwashed head into thinking men work outside the home and my job is to the house. I am to the point where I want to call it quits. What do you think? Oh forgot to day I am sik with head cold and fever, which he does know.

I am writing about the companies who have the best reputations as a place to work. I would love to hear from employees who love their companies and potential employees who have "ideal employers" in mind.

I was thinking that I might be interested in becoming a travel agent. If any of you are travel agents could you please let me know if you need to travel a lot, if you like your job, how much money you make, the job outlook, any education needed, and the job description. This would help me a lot! Thank you!

How to answer this Question. If your in TX and the job is in different state. If the HR ask you when can you come here what should be good answer. I usually answer is that once I get the confirmation I can be there by 2weeks. Or should I say I can be there next week and then next day ask if they will pay for travel expensive.

HR person left me a message first and when I called back first thing she asked was when can i come here since i'm not in TX and when I answered that i can come once i get confirmation
and HR person told me she has to go somewhere but she will call me next day and tell me all about the job in detail and see if client be okay with what i said about coming

I have been on Social Security for about 3 years due to illness. I can not work. I would like to go back to school for a degree in Criminal Justice. (I believe I can work, after a few surgerys) It will take about 4-5 years to complete what I want to do for a degree. Is there any hope of help for me from Soc/Security? I have a lengthy history in working in Law Enforcement. Sure would like to take it further.

I want to own a strip club. Ideally with no alchool, so it will be a fully nude club. I would like to make money on the cover charge, charging girls to work there, and private fees. Is this a bad business to run? I really dont respect women and view them as commoidites. I think if it works I will be very rich, all cash to.
