How to answer this Question. If your in TX and the job is in different state. If the HR ask you when can you come here what should be good answer. I usually answer is that once I get the confirmation I can be there by 2weeks. Or should I say I can be there next week and then next day ask if they will pay for travel expensive.

HR person left me a message first and when I called back first thing she asked was when can i come here since i'm not in TX and when I answered that i can come once i get confirmation
and HR person told me she has to go somewhere but she will call me next day and tell me all about the job in detail and see if client be okay with what i said about coming

If a company is hiring you from out of state, they should pay your travel expenses and relocation expenses, at least the best companies do.

I would tell her you are available to start in two weeks, but ask what the travel and relocation assistance would be.
