In addition to what others have mentioned, a grocery store clerk or 'grocery bagger', perhaps a movie theater as a ticket person (may become very busy though, just fyi and if usher, not sure if have to deal with unruly guests though may be manager), restaurant host/hostess or busperson (clears dishes off and sets table), or mowing lawns.

And as others have said, you probably need to get working papers and have your parents sign their consent for you work since you are under 18 years of age.

How about also a book shelver at your township library. I don't know if they hire those under 18, but if you are able to do such a physical job which can include quite a bit of reaching, lifting, bending, standing, it may be suitable for you.

Your best bet is to get a job in retail at a large department store. Some places will hire you if you have a work permit and you get paid well. When you turn 18 you can even get benefits if you are still working there such as; promotions, high paying salaries plus commission, dental and medical insurance. In fact, you get a job at a store like Nordstrom, Macy's, JCPenny, etc and stay there until you turn 18, you can continue to work there while you attend college and obtain a high paying salary in the company once you get a degree. Check it out, and Good Luck!

I don't think there are any, other than baby sitting which you should take a little course in, or working in the film industry. Then you would need a work permit which needs to be signed off by your parents/legal guardian.

I'm thinking bagging groceries at a grocery store. Not sure. You could try office cleaning too.

I think delivering a local paper in your area. That was a good start for my son.
