Experience in the job you are applying for. It really depends on the job you are applying for. The higher up the job level, the more experience you will need.

Sales experience maybe? You didn't say what position you are applying for...I'm assuming working in a Sprint retail store where customers buy phones and plans. Then, sales experience would be beneficial.

They look for previous experience, add ANYTHING that involves meeting and talking to people. Or persuading people to buy anything, even if its your neice's girl scout cookies, add that as volunteer hours and state any medals you may have recieved for selling A LOT of cookies.

im serious, the littlest things can make you more qualified than another person in a job.
