I am writing about the companies who have the best reputations as a place to work. I would love to hear from employees who love their companies and potential employees who have "ideal employers" in mind.

Google. They provide free gourmet lunch to employees daily and once a week to spouses. You can bring your dog to work to the doggy day care center. They have happy hours at the office. And they make a ton of money. Need I say more.

Disney! Free entrance to the parks (can bring a certain number of people in for free per year), discount at the disney store, discount at any of the parks for hotels, financial assistance for employees with adoption costs to adopt a child, training....

Pampered Chef would be my company. They treat the consultants like very important people. They take good care of them.

I have heard Yahoo is a great place to work, but they never contacted me for an interview despite my glowing resume. Sigh.
