I need to cover myself at work. My recordings would never be used to legally fire anyone, just prove that the actions of others are frosty and denigrating towards me. In California, is this legal??
Anyone help before I get fired?

My sister has had horrible attendance issues at work, the other day, she called in sick and said she would bring a note, the next day she put in her two weeks...now the main boss is saying if she doesn't bring in a note she is suspended for three days. My sister never really went to the doctor. Now she has to call her work and let them know that she lost her note, or something, but they may tell her to get another one, what should she say and do?

I am looking for someone to work with me on a book. I don't know how or where to begin. This will be a book that alot of counselors will recommend to both troubled kids both on the run and/or in the system who come from drug/alcohol/abuse families and who try to make it on their own and how to change the "Life Cycle" that everyone tells us is impossible to change and how to deal with step children with a mother who is a meth addict. I have so much to share in a book but I don't know how to limit and the book would be a filing cabinet long. I need somone who has good organizational/timeline skills. I will gladly share profits with a contract signed before starting. I will be in no hurry but would like this goal in my life completed soon.

In this business the building manager is the one who i need to be in touch with. Any other tips you guy's think might work? thanks for any help Dray M.
