My sister has had horrible attendance issues at work, the other day, she called in sick and said she would bring a note, the next day she put in her two weeks...now the main boss is saying if she doesn't bring in a note she is suspended for three days. My sister never really went to the doctor. Now she has to call her work and let them know that she lost her note, or something, but they may tell her to get another one, what should she say and do?

Grow up, quit lying and do the job she was hired to do.
When she's not at work someone else has to take up the slack for her.
The last thing this world needs is more slackers!

Face up tell the boss and take the three days or go ahead and quit. Even some nice people have problems but this affects others at work.

She needs to face the consequences of her actions!
She should stop lying to her employer. I am sure they already suspect that she is lying or they would not be so persistent on getting a doctors note.
Tell her to fess up to her boss!!!
