I am responsible for scheduling at my job, a few days ago, one of the employees does not show up at her shift and she blames me that I changed the schedule in tha last minute, which I did not. However, she had a copy of a schedule that was changed 2 weeks ago. Now my boss gives me **** and wants to give me a written warning, what should I do?

Show your boss a copy of the schedule and have its approximate release date confirmed by some of your other subordinates or colleagues.
