Ok, I have seen things where I can be a secret shopper and earn $5000 a month and such. Are these scams? How do I get these jobs and what do I do in them? Any information on them?

I was sexually harrassed. Bullied. I also did all the work while they did nothing! They were suppose to be helping me. I kept the job b/c it was money, but now that's not at stake anymore. I want to get back at them now. I thought of talking to the owner of the company since it is a winery. But i'm not sure they will take me seriously. What should I do if I do talk with them(they are female by the way if that helps). And what are my other options?

Recently I was assigned to manage a small group of subordinates. They all get along except with one person who appears to be a control freak and wants to do things her way or no way. She completely defies my authority by ignoring what I ask her and the other workers to do, and thinks she can take her breaks and lunches whenever she wants, even though we are all obligated to stick to a schedule. It has become blatantly obvious she is not a team player at all, she just refuses to cooperate with me or anyone else in the group, whom she constantly puts down. To make things worse her desk is right next to mine so I can hardly get any work done because she constantly needs attention and questions answered. I don't mind answering questions but she just fires away every five minutes. I would tell my superiors but at my job no one does anything about that kind of thing because we are unionized and everyone is afraid someone will go to the union if you try to exercise authority.Any suggestions?

I just did LASIK eye surgery about 2 weeks ago. When I came back to work, I gave the medical certificate letter (which was give by the doctor) to my company's HR department to excuse me for 3 days from work. However, my letter didn't accept by them. The reason given by them was "Lasik Surgery is not due to illness or injury". According to my HR department, A valid medical certification must be due to illness only. Is this true?

When firms hire women, through time they gain experience the firms find useful, and they like male workers are the recipients of investent from the firm, as they are put her through a degree course, say, or to training/conferences....anyhow, some of these women have kids, pocket lots of maternity pay, then leave the labour market for good. I notice that women on the defensive like to blame "sexist, male bosses", yet many of the employers who are most guilty of avoiding women who are likely to have a litter are female!

Some people think that you're just lucky if you happen to make a commission on a customer with I sale. I disagree though, I believe if your sales skills are sharp enough you can get anybody to buy anything even if they're not interested. You can basically make them interested in some way. What do you think?

I am 27 and married. I don't have a lot of bills, but my wife is demanding that I get a job. I would rather take a loan for college and get a divorce before getting a crappy part-time job that pays nothing. I have managed a business in the past and was a staff sergeant in the Army, so I have always made good money. Can anyone tell me why I should keep scraping bottom and get a part-time job too? This is the last semester I can work before my classes interfere with a job. I know student loans can haunt you later, but is it worth going to school full time AND working?

We could use at least 500.00 amonth income at home and we can not afford a babysitter. You hear of things you can do with your computer on line but what is legit, has anyone tried anything out there, that wont cause a virus. and that you will really get paid for.

I went to the first interview and the guy I talked to was nice and I asked me what does direct marketing mean to me, and I had no clue what the answer was but I got it right! I said sellng an item quickly and direct. Well he asked me to come in for a 2nd interview 2morrow from 9:30 am until 5:30 pm. He said the pay ranges from $500 to $700. Is this that job where people harrasss other people all day in business suits trying to convince them to buy a product! PLEASE HELP or any other information you can provide me with to let me know how do I stay away from these corny jobs!

I am 15 and have taken the most advanced history classes available to me.
I want to take a polysci class but my school, nor do surrounding schools offer one.
I am extremely conservative and a capitalist Republican.
What would be some good steps for me to take before i get into college?
What would be a good major for me to consider in college?
How would I need to start my career and what can I be doing now to participate in that?

Thank you very much.
