Ok, I have seen things where I can be a secret shopper and earn $5000 a month and such. Are these scams? How do I get these jobs and what do I do in them? Any information on them?

I know what you are referring too. Ive seen these jobs advertised on career websites also. I cant speak for all of them but I will say, any "job" that requires you to spend a 'small' amount to join, receive details etc, should be viewed very skeptically. How many other jobs out there require a payment to begin work????? I always thought the idea of a job was to earn money - not we pay them!!!
Ive clicked on many of these sites myself I admit, and have always found a $29.99 or $59.99 one time charge was required. I wouldnt even want to know what they send you upon payment. Worse than the posibility of not receiving anything period, Im scared Id receive a package that opened up to read no more than the words SUCKER or something!!
On the other hand, I can tell you that the survey invitations you may/ may not have seen are legitimate. Well some - definately not all. I joined a few and receive checks frequently for completing them. Mind you its only a few dollars, some have been as high as $50, but they are not considered jobs I wouldnt say.
Im interested to hear if anyone responds to your Q, saying yes they are a mystery shopper. Im very doubtful and will follow your Q to see.
All the best to you
