Throw a rat's fetus into a bottle of their wine and call up the local TV station and agree to tell of the horribly unsanitary conditions and brutal, oppressive management. Tell them you were fired after refusing to allow the constantly drunken alcoholic boss to touch your hooters. Speak to the reporter on camera only if they agree to maintain your anonymity. Then call the sleaziest lawyer in town and sue them for every penny they have.

sexually harrassed. Bullied. I also did all the work while they did nothing! They were suppose to be helping me. I kept the job b/c it was money, but now that's not at stake anymore. I want to get back at them now. I thought of talking to the owner of the company since it is a winery. But i'm not sure they will take me seriously. you must file duke like charges against them or become a astyronaut.

You can file for unemployment. At my last job, my boss would treat people like crap when he didn't like them to get them to quit but he'd never fire them because the employee can file unemployment which comes out of the employer's pocket if they get fired. If they leave on their own, they can't file. Also, you can file for sexual harrasment. Do you remember the dates that this took place? When it happened did you speak to someone at work about it? If you did, did they handle it in a proffesional manner or did the person harrassing you get reprimanded? If I were you I would go to the EDD (Employment Development Department) office immediately, they can help you file for unemployment, as well as give you resources to file a complaint. You can also report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), this will drop their grade as a business and people can look that up at anytime.

I hate to hear the sexually harassed card being played (I dont believe it in 99% of cases) BUT OK heres what you do.. you go to the unemployment office.. file for unemployment based on wrongful termination and cite specifically why on the forms.. YOU will however have to PROVE it later.. keep that in mind.. and you may have to hire a lawyer.. I'm going through something like this at present with an old Fed employee friend of mine from the old days at present (sex harassment isnt an issue though) Her lawyer is gonna cost her $6000 up front.. I'm no longer in the loop and cant legaly practice federal labor law any more.. but its a fairly easy case ....
If youare gonna pull that sex harassment card.. you better be prepared to prove it though.. if you cant if you pulled it YOU LOSE.. credibility shot

I know that what I'm gonna say might not help but... revenge affects you as well, I know it sux what they did to you but somehow it will go back to them, do you wanna bother sueing, getting a lawyer and all that? and even so that doesn't assure you that you'll get something good out of it. If they truly deserve it they will get it back, as for yourself why don't you try to focus on the positive things in your life? instead of wasting ur time in plans for revenge then try to find things that benefit you rather than make u feel angry just when thinking about them. In other words... move on, be happy and let the world get back at them, show them u're better than them!!
Those are my 2 cents..

They can do nothing if they want to. It's their place. You worked for them.
If you were actually sexually harrassed you can file a complaint with the police department or who ever takes such complaints.

if you were sexually harassed and you complained and they did nothing, then you can sue.
otherwise, get over it and find a new job.
