Most of the richest people in the world are self made, Not born into it. Most millionaires are in Real Estate. The richest person is Bill Gates. He did not invent the product but he brought it to market. The president earns very little for being president. He does have the highest position in the country... in government. The USA is the current leader in the world market but China and India are coming up fast.

There is no particular job that is the highest but if you are talking about what makes the most money then it would be owning a successful company or company's like bill gates and Warren Buffet.
