I think I am really underpaid and have a review for an increse in pay cominin up in march maybe sooner. What is the best website to figure out what I should be making that is most accurate. Is any out there worth paying for?

Basically I have worked for this company for 1 1/2 years when my review comes up in quality control in injection molding/manufacturing. I have an additional 5 years expierence that is the same but a little diffrent which is in extrusion/manufacturing. Im only making 26,300 a year. Been in no trouble, able to do my job with no supervision occasional questions though, got put on my own after 1 week of training, no write ups. What is the best to go about asking for the raise. What should I say and not say when I ask for it. Should I say that I may have to look for other employment. Company is relatively small about 40 employees but I know what one of the other qcs is making and it is like 4,000 more a year with less expierence. Im not as demanding as her.

Once I submit my forms online, can I have the money put in my bank acct? How long does it take? Is there an extra fee for this outside of what the software costs?

I need to find a good company to transcribe for at home. I have 12 years of experience in all types and specialites of medical dictation and I am a graduate of an approved medical transcription school (1995).

I would like to work part-time in the evenings and at any time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I need to start right away as I trying to save for a new house and my hours are being cut back at my primary job.

Does anyone know of a company that they could recommend?

first off you have to list rent, food, car insurance, utilities(water, gas, electric)telephone, car payment, and gasoline. you must use a "40 hr work week"(yes I know you dont get 40 when you make min. wage). also you have to use current prices for your area in the budget. i.e. state wages, housing costs etc. if you actually make this budget work I will be completely shocked.

My co-worker lies about her hours. Should I report her? My boss even gives her paychecks in advance, lends her money, and even accommodated her with a place to live while she was homeless for a little while. I get along with her, but the company is pretty lenient. I just think it sucks for my boss because he is losing money. We both work pretty independently and I only notice these things because I make the work for her. My boyfriend said my boss will find out sooner or later, but it's been quite some time. Should I let him know?

It seems that at any job I've had, everyone is complaining about how crazy hard they have to work to stay on top of things. I spend a lot of my day on the internet but am always considered a top producer. Am I that much better than them or are they lying about how hard they're working?

It's me and my husband and he's active Navy. (He's getting out, it's not for him) I work full-time and he's getting out within the next few months. And I am nervous about this change. Anyone been in this situation? Where are the best places to look for government type jobs? He was only in for 5years and he's an Electronic Technician with a Top Security Clearance. Is it really hard to find a job? Any advice? Thank you!!

PS Yes, we have started his resume and have websites with jobs...but I just wanted to hear about people who have been in this situation...

Hi-

My younger brother just passed his CA(Chattered Accountancy) Inter. Now a gap of 2 and 1/2 years is there for appearing in the final paper, during which he need to undergo articleship, with an auditing firm. Wanted some pointers on different financial certifications/courses available that will make him better suited in the current market scenerio. How about the option of going for Oracle Financial Courses, if they provide any? Thanks a lot.
