I prefer a 4 day 10 hour work week; i sued to work this schedule when i worked in a 24 hour business environment but i think its great and cuts down on absences because people can scehdule dr appt-etc w/o having to call in sick and all business is handled on the off day not on the lunch break becuase when you work 10 hours you really need to eat, LOL
Some people with children dont care for this schedule but i think even they could benefit from a day to work with the children pick them up from school and spend quality time together.

I hate spending MY DAY, all of it, doing sombody else's b.s. work! I agree the workday should be 4 hours, and you should be paid a hefty hourly wage to make what you would in 8 hrs.
I'm not a day person...the day should be spent doing what you want and taking care of personal business.

I work four 10 hour days. I love it. Three days off every week.

4 hours...8 is too long.
