I have chosen not to waste my time looking for employment in my hometown, why? I will not look for a job here because i know I won't get the kind of job I want, making the money I want. I am sick of living with my folks, waking up, eating breakfast, going to a deadbeat, deadend job. A job with no opportunities for advancement. I feel that I did not go to school for nothing. I feel if I keep going after those low paying gigs, I will never prosper and be productive, I have to stop that. It ends now, I won't settle for these jobs here in my hometown, because I am not growing, I am not happy here. I do not like it at all.

Let me explain a bit, this lady who is in the same department as me is so fake, stuck up, and she’s a schemer (she plot’s against people to get them in trouble/fired) I just don’t know what to do, if I say something mean maybe she will plot on me, and I cant stay quiet anymore because I cant stand her. I want to blow up on her.

I think I really missed my calling in life. Over the last several years, I have picked up quite a bit of knowledge of how to manage my own investments and plan for retirement, and I find it all incredibly interesting.

So how does one go about becoming a financial planner? I don't really want to manage people's money so much as help them develop a good plan based on their circumstances and goals, and maybe recommend some good investments for them to achieve those goals.

Does one have to take certain courses? Do you have to do a lot of cold calling to get clients? Any background info or good web sites would be great!

Early this year we will launch the world’s first pay-for-performance recruiting, career management and staffing (~140 billion US revenues) marketplace, where each participant in the collaborative value network earns commission in direct proportion to their performance and the performance of others.

I’d like to meet a vast array of people that want to make a difference in others lives and prosper in the process.
