Right now i'm in a finanical bind. My full-time job isn't covering all my expenses. I attend school part time but i do have the weekends off.
Should i look into getting a 2nd job or just get another credit card ?

Second job. Also, do a budget. See if there is anything you can cut out. PLEASE do not go further into debt. This can only cause more problems. If you do not have enough money now, then how are you going to make the minimum payment on the card?
Work all you can. Keep studying. You can do it.

Is ther a way of cutting any of your expenses? If not and you have enough energy for another job, go for it.
Getting another credit card might put you into more trouble if you do not know when to stop! But if you feel that this arrangement is temporary and you will be ablt to pay of your debts thats fine too.
