You've spelt centre right - take no notice.
The thing to do is to remain silent for the duration of the question. Then wait about 20 minutes to answer whilst saying - your question is important to me and I will answer it as soon as possible.
Good luck!

I used to do this as part of my job. The purpose of the interview is to gauge your professionalism and your image. What they will do is, put you on the phone (or an imaginary phone), and have a "real" client call you. They will present a problem to you, or make a request, and have you solve it. Of course, they know you are not trained in their specific processes and methods. They want to see how you react. Be yourself. Be calm, professional, and give the best answer you know. Ask more questions to get to the bottom of the problem. If you don't know the answer at all, tell your client that this is beyond your level of expertise, and that you will have to consult another resource or a supervisor. Do not be afraid to ask your "supervisor" for help. And Good Luck!

my boss calls candidates and gives them information about our company and then asks them questions to see if they are listening and what they are like on the phone.
in a face to face interview she gives them a quick typing test and asks all about employment history and stuff and then what they know about the company so may be worth doing a little homework.
just be yourself but speak clearly and try to be confident. if you don't get it, well it's only a call centre and believe me they numb your brain.

Is it for employment at vodafone by any chance ?
cause if it is nothing will prepare you for that, you will come out feeling like crap, they roast everything you say and make you feel like shite just so they can see how you react to them.
if it isnt vodafone,goodluck

The only qualification you will need is the ability to ring peoples numbers at random, and attempt to sell them products they already have.
