I have knowledge of a woman using drugs. She works for the county as a family counselor, which entails going to the families homes or to seeing the children at the schools. I believe she poses risk as a family counselor. Should I report it to her employer or not ???

For my life career I'd like to have a job that must include creative writing or story writing. I live a smaller sized town with a population of about 2000 people. The biggest thing in this town is Wal-mart. I will NOT move from my town, which would be away from my family. I'd love to work for a magazine but then I'd have to move which I will not do. I'm not interested in becoming a teacher. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON JOBS?

I am applying for law school. The question asks:
"Were you ever accused by an employer, supervisor, or associate, of dishonesty in connection with any employment or occupation, or have you ever been discharged by an employer"

the next question asks "Have you ever been suspended, disqualified or otherwised disciplined as a member of any profession, or military service"

I was fired at an internship working for a Circuit Court. I tried to explain exactly what happened and why I got fired. While truthful, I am aware that my story sounds like a load of crap.

This is what I put (so far), it is the truth. (The Judge was old and blind as a bat). Do you have any suggestions on what I should do or say?

"In the spring semester of my junior year in college I was fired from my internship working at the -th District Circuit Court in NAME, STATE. My job involved pulling files for the judge along with other various administrative tasks.

Has anyone ever had any experience of job posts being deleted in local government and asking it's employee's to re-apply for their jobs? What does this mean? Thing is it's not for me, just heard my old team have had this done to them. Is it quite likely they will get their jobs back as they are favourites?

I sometimes do small translation work for free (from English to Indonesian and vice versa). It includes translating simple lines or simply translating letters if the readers don't understand. I'm interested to make a living out of it. You know, like a formal job. What should I do? Do I need any certificate or training or something? Thank you. =)

This would include management or any other positions. I also heard that people that work different floors such as the tv floor get paid differently or receive commission I am not sure if that is true. I am also curious about how much members of the Geek squad get paid. If anyone could shed some light on this for me please do so. Thanks.

When talking on the phone with customers at work I often feel extremely anxious and start to sweat and my voice sometimes shakes (especially if the person on the other end's connection is poor and I can hear my voice "echo" in the line). Do you have any good tips to help overcome such anxiety?

I appreciate all advice and would like to thank you in advance.

I've never done this before and to think of doing such terrifies me. I feel I'll fall to pieces. Is there a way round this? Is it worth turning the job down if I lack this only skill? PLEASE help. Can't minute taking be passed on to someone else within the company?

Hi, I'm interviewing someone for a job as a systems engineer tomorrow. I'd like to start with a totally irrelevant question that will totally freak the kid out before switching to a more formal technique or asking questions that are relevant to the position advertised.

I watched stranger than fiction yesterday and liked the question "are you the king of anything?"

Could you make suggestions as to scenarios I might give this person or just insane questions to which he'll either freak out and run away or stand fast and find an answer. Cheers.
