Has anyone ever had any experience of job posts being deleted in local government and asking it's employee's to re-apply for their jobs? What does this mean? Thing is it's not for me, just heard my old team have had this done to them. Is it quite likely they will get their jobs back as they are favourites?

The government can do most anything with in reasons. This can happen they reclassify a job description, and then they post the job again. Sometimes it is because they want a certain person in a position and the original job descriptions they would not have qualified..

The work need to be done is posting/answering a discussion and uploading any photo/image of your interest. For details visit
