I'm applying for a position in SoCal. Kinda don't know what I'm getting myself into, do they really have to lift some things that are 70 lbs. because i can't do that!

ok so i smoked weed on 10-13-06 and i need to take a drug test 2morrow in order 2 get ma job and i really need this job & plus ma parents already know i have 2 go 4the drug test now if i fail ma dad will kick me out ive been drinking alot of water is that enough do you think it will be out of ma system cause prior 2 oct 13 i havent smoked weed since july

So I work in this place part time. And he usually pays us every week. However my employers system I think is messed up. right now he is like 7 weeks behind and lately has been messing up my hours. I keep track of them now but it doesn't help much. When I try to talk to him he says he has no time and to come back in a couple of months. right now I have about 150 hours of work I did that he did not pay me for. I also believe he might have lost one of my time cards. So what I am asking here is what can I do about this? I still want to keep the same job cause I really enjoy my benefits... but I still don't know what I should do... Is there someplace I can go online or something that has stuff regarding the policies of paying part-time employees who are minors? Somewhere I can read up on my rights and take action? help?

I feel like I'm going to dry heave and then I start coughing and gagging and I walk around for a little and like try to count up to a high number in my head to take my mind off of it and then I start to feel the vile rising in my throat so I clasp my hands over my mouth to prevent it but it doesn't work---the throwup spews through the gap in my teeth and I watch it spray the walls as the hot, rich tasting magma from my stomach explodes through my mouth.

I was number one in the police academy. I have been trying to get a police job for two years so far. I have a bad background. I have a 3rd degree assult and an open container and vandalizum. It was three years ago in college. How long does it take to erase and they wont deny me because of that? Any options of what i can do? The only thing I want is to become an officer nothing else. Im getting impatient and fed up. Help!!!

I have been planing on quiting my job in Dec., becuase Dec. 1st I am getting a big christmas bonus, but i have been offered a great job now, i can start Dec 1st but that gives me no time to give notice, unless i do it quick, what if they try to screw me out of my bonus!! can they do that? I am really stuck on this one, need some advice!!!

I work fast food and since Im in school I was scheduled for weekends only.But for the past 6 weeks, I call in every Wednesday, and speak with the general manager and he tells me im on schedule. But when I report to work(always on time, I might add) the reporting manager on shift tell me I'm not scheduled to work.We have 2 assist. manager one is an older guy who always gives me good reviews, and the other is a ghetto hood rat about my age who gives me negative reviews, with her it's a personal issue, jealous cuz Im in college and she dropped out. I'm always on time at work, never stole anything, address officials as mam and sir, got good reviews from customers at the drive threw, speedy service the works, all this in a negative work environment created by my angry boss I still smiled and didn’t let it bother me!
1I wonder why I'm getting a constant decrease in hours?
Is there a law against this stuff and why would he just flat out lie like that.
