If no one has called you then you should definitely go into work. If they send you back home, oh well, they can't fire you then and use the excuse that you did not show up for work. Did you see a Doctor about this cut regardless of how minor or how major it is? You really need to have some documentation about this injury especially with a physician to protect yourself down the road if anything comes from this especially if they fire you. If you did not go see a Doctor last night then go see one today before going to work. Start a paper trail for your possible wrongful dismissal suit if necessary. You must protect yourself and your future. Good Luck.

Go to work. If you don't show up it gives them a clear reason to fire you. The company may not want to deal with workmans compensation. Depending on how bad you cut yourself, you probably should have been sent to a Emergicare Clinic or something. They should have a clinic or medical facility that they work with in the event of employee injury.

No. And in case you have been injured at artwork, you legally can report a employees repayment declare. till you have been severe on drugs, and your artwork examined you and you have been severe, then you definitely won't be able to legally be fired. Your corporation is crammed with doo doo.

If it was because you were screwing around I wouldn't I would call in and find out first. If it wasn't you and it was an accident, I definitely would go to work to find out what the heck is going on.

Call in to work and ask. Try to speak to someone who is senior to the person who sent you home, or to someone in human resources.
Good luck,

Might get fired! For what? If you got cut doing your job and they fire you, you can take them to court for wrongful dismissal.

Absolutely.. about the only way they can fire you for that is if you fail a drug test. If you don't show up, they can say you quit.

Unless you violated some company policy by doing something inappropriate to get hurt they cannot fire you for getting hurt. If they do you can sue them.
Go to work!
