yes. suggest inet listings to start.
however ! should you take a job out of state and get laid off fired etc before the time limits of that state you will not collect from home state or job state. So save every dollar as emergency fund. Do your homework before you move - you will need lots of start up money not creditcards. Moving is expensive.
Best deal is job or three in your area first.

yes.. however, if you take a job anywhere else, don't try to still collect unemployment there. They will find out!

yes.. just keep track of all your contacts, responses, interviews, etc.. the employment dept may want to see records to make sure you're really looking and not just fibbing to collect unemployment.
