I am an architect from Central America, I married a Swiss man and moved here, at first it was hard to find work, and I was so depressed at home, for five months, at last I got a chance to do an internship at an architecture firm (and that was tough because my German is good, but not perfect, and I don't have an European diploma). After a year I asked my boss if I could have a raise or have a normal job, and he said no.. continue my internship for a year, that I'm in this Italian's shadow.. and as much as I've pleaded to be included in the meetings, and be involved.. I'm not. And I have to deal with the Italian's constant bad mood. Should I tell my boss? We're only 7
