hi,i just like to ask how am i suppose to work in america legally?im currently live in china,thanks?

im a chinese ,holding a china passport,im now holding a tourist visa which if i enter america,i can stay 6months upon entry

If you are working or want to get a job, apply for a work visa. If they approve it you can stay as long as you are paying taxes and working regularly. You have to prove that you intend to work in America and abide by all laws both fiscally and legally. Do it right and you will get a better reception from American citizens.

You'll need to apply for a working Visa and you'll need a USA Social Security number to pay USA taxes.
