Usually, on city apps they only need the month and year of the dates. If you can remember how old you were when you had the jobs or maybe when in the scheme of time you had the job (i.e. someone was born THIS year, so I know I had the job THAT year)

Definitely include the jobs. The reason is if they find out you had those jobs but failed to include them, they could disqualify you from the hiring list. And they WILL find out about the other jobs.

If you can't remember how much you were paid, again use the time period as a helper and estimate. But on the app. make sure you say that it's an approximate. They don't care so much how much you made back when you were 18 as much as how good you are at following instructions and including the necessary info.

Hi Fierce, Ten years is along time to remember everything. The best thing you can do,is make a guess on about how much you made.On the dates, all i do is guess the months and then put down the years, like 1999 and on.Your new employer doesn't mind if you do it like this, because it's more than 10yrs.It will at least give him some kind of ideal on what you can do,and what pay bracket your in.Just be honest, and remember what you can. Good luck with your application.

should include it to cover the time span, if the dates are off a little, do not worry...the new employer is really looking for steady work record from you..

I take it you've had a lot of employers?

Estimate and explain is all you can do.
