When you give to these poor people it makes some of us feel good. I dont know if you are a religious person or not but in the Bible there is a passage that goes something like this......

He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.

Psalms 112:9

There are a lot of beggars on the street that are legitimate. Most of them are mentally ill and the State got their aid cut for mental patients, so they let a bunch of them out with no where to go. So, yes, I think we should help them. However, there are beggars that park their vehicle around the corner and beg and they make about $10 an hour or more - CASH!! These guys do not deserve our money. You can tell who is legitimate and who is not. One thing to remember, the money you give to beggars does not qualify as a charitable tax deduction, but what the heck?

Its a incorrect subject remember for this section. it rather is honestly correct to concerning to retaining of the aquariums/fishes tanks. Your question is concerning to a philosophy or close to it. interest peaple r philosiphical too. Catching a fish isn't common job. It encompasses a probability of existence if catching close to any water physique and the probabilities r that u won't get a fish in any respect. it honestly relies upon on ur luck if u capture any. protecting all this in suggestions, it may well be extra beneficial if u rather need to help somebody, provide him fish, rather of coaching that the thank you to capture it as opportunities r that he won't get it. help the needy staightway rather of telling that he would have finished this element or that. he's soliciting for help because of the fact he became no longer in a position to do or would desire to no longer do or in basic terms did no longer do what u watching for from him.

How do you know why the person isn't working? Are they physically and/or mentally able to work?
I will give a homeless person a sandwich and drink but I will not give cash so they can buy liquor.
