Stick to Engineering, for a career. The organisational and creativity part can be input into your work, that surely helps. Keep the piano playing as recreational, as a hobby. A well-balanced life you got there. Cheers!

Well, I am doing engineering myself and would suggest you to do that only if you are interested in it.But if you ask me, I would suggest that complete your engineering first and then do a 1 year diploma course in some creative field like interior designing( u said u r creative). That way you can have two options.

Contact a Piano manufacuring/ marketing company for job. Even if you do not join such businees, creative arts always give immense pleasure and help in development of personality.
