i need to start a representative office for a USA based company

u would interview some canadites and then go over the applications then make your decision and hire the best one that u think is suitable for the job

Since your would represent a U.S.based Co, your PA would have to be familiar with English spoken the American way, the U.S. food/social/recreational habits, their work ethic, etc APART from being an intelligent fellow who would understand your needs & be a hard-working person who is an asset, not a hinderance in your work!
