The best way to learn english is read newspaper and follow any news aired on BBC or CNBC and understand what they are trying to explain.
And to gain some amount of confidence within yourself try to give some interveiws (for trials) this will help you know about your performance.

ya In BPO Sector English is must. If ur English is fluent then u can get job easily. If ur English is average then Join Spoken English Classes. That's good for u. Improve ur communication skills. Best of luck for ur future
