Does anyone know how I would go about becoming a mystery shopper for the likes of Mamas And Papas of any other large chain stores? I've looked on Mamas and papas website, but there is no mention of mystery shopper jobs?

my position at my work is being terminated this Friday. my question is will I be qualified for unemployment? I have been working here since January this year as a programmer. The thing is, I joined the Army, and I have to go back to pick my job monday. Im am going to try to ship off by the end of next week. However, If i dont leave for another month or so, I am going to try to stay home with the kids and save about 200 dollars a week for daycare, all in the while I collect unemployment. I think it would be a good opportunity to spend as much time with my kids as possible. On the other hand If i dont leave for boot camp for a few months, I have a job waiting tables. the thing is, they dont want to hire me for less than a month and me have to quit to leave for the ARMY. I have 2 college degrees, and i know that there probably are not many companies that would hire me short time. I have never been on unemployment and I was just wondering. I live in Oklahoma. any thoughts or suggestions.

I just found out that I won't be eligible for a merit raised, based upon a performance appraisal that happened earlier this year. Nevermind the fact that I was forced to perform the work of two positions, thereby being unable to excel in the performance of either one, and all the stress that comes with such a position. Despite numerous attempts to let them know that I was overworked, the manager kept telling me to do the best I can. Now, two years later, despite being a team player, it has bitten me in the rear.

I feel betrayed, not only in this, but also in being passed up for promotions. While I'm currently searching for a new job, I still feel the desire to write a formal complaint to HR concerning this matter. Problem is, those in the past who have voiced such complaints to HR, have suffered for it at the hands of their employers. Any suggestions? Preferably nothing that breaks the law.

I've been working at my job going on 3 years now. My problem is that the warehouse manager is an idiot. He is unprofessional, makes many mistakes and is always trying to hit on every woman that starts working here. The people out back tried to complain to my boss, but he is blind and doesn't want to believe or even listen to these people. He says they are jeolous and are trying to get him fired. I have proof of this guys stupidity and mistakes but don't have the courage to speak up to my boss. I tried last year and he thought I was on this jeolousy trip. He even went as far to post a sign in the lunchroom. Jeolousy kills. I like my job and what I do, but this is going to far. Everyday I feel mad, angry and lost due to the unfairness going on. Should I stay or should I go?

I am facing a point right now where I mght possibly be facing being terminated soon. I got put on a perfomance notice for a quality issue yesterday. I work in Manufactoring. I was put on performance notice 8 years ago for another quality issue. My boss and his boss will meet with HR in the next couple of days to discuss the next step.
Honestly feeling scared and nervous about this. I have a house and car payment. Enough money to get through for alittle bit. Just afraid of what the employment picture will look like if I do become unemployed. I have alittle college but no degree. Can I make a decent living doing something other than Manufactoring? I'm sick of all the physical and emotional stuff with Factory work. I'm just alittle frustrated and jaded right now. As you can see i've never been terminated before.
Any advice Cheering up will help?

I am looking for a first job, but I know that, when it comes to speaking about myself, I stutter. however, when it comes to written communication, I feel much more at ease.
I fear the interview process, because of this big communication problem. therefore, I turn to you for HEEEEEELP! please
